Biography
Towanda Bolton aka Chef Tee! today, is known for her vibrant Culinary Artistry. born in the month of September in Philadelphia Pa. (which is how “SAPPHIREZ” was birthed.) Previously known as Tee to her corporate colleagues, she worked for Pitney Bowes Inc, as an Inspector for nearly 20 years until being laid off in 2010 due to the economic recession. Afterwards always admiring her father’s cooking, with him being an assistant Sous Chef for a local restaurant in the 757 area, and mother well established in the nursing sector. Chef Tee showed interest in the creation of food, and with her late father inspiring her to return to school & get the formal training. She went back to school in 2013 & graduated with the prestigious award Magna Cum Laude & Associate of Applied Science Degree majoring in Culinary Arts in 2016, then furthering her education for her Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 2020, all the while being a single mother raising two sons. Chef Tee is known for her savory/ soulful dishes with a twist, and gourmet pastries. She Incorporates love in each dish, creating a mouthwatering experience for all customers & clients near & far.
